A clip or image is taking a long time
Clips usually take 3 to 8 minutes and images under a minute. Occasionally the outcome is unclear and we check it before settling; your credits stay reserved while we do, and you're never charged twice. If a result is lost, the credits are returned.
I paid but nothing changed
- Wait a minute. Plans, packs and credits update once Stripe confirms the payment.
- Open Plan & Credits and choose Check billing status.
- Still nothing? Email support with the date and amount of the payment.
