Acceptable Use Policy

Content you may not create, upload or share

• Anything involving minors in a sexual context. Child sexual abuse material of any kind, including fictional, drawn or AI-generated depictions. We report it to the authorities.
• Sexually explicit content, including explicit images or video.
• Real people without consent. Images, video or audio of a real, identifiable person in sexual, demeaning, false or misleading situations; deceptive deepfakes; or impersonation of any person or organization.
• Infringing material. Content that copies or uses others’ copyrighted work, trademarks or characters without the right to do so, including uploads of scripts, images or music you don’t have rights to.
• Hate and harassment. Content that threatens, harasses or bullies people, or that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
• Violence and harm. Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, gives real instructions for weapons or serious harm, or encourages self-harm.
• Illegal activity. Content that is unlawful or that helps someone break the law, commit fraud or violate others’ privacy.

Fiction often deals with dark themes, and depicting conflict, crime or violence in a story is fine. What isn’t allowed is content that falls into the categories above, or using a story as a wrapper to obtain it.

Misuse of the Service

• Creating multiple accounts to claim extra free trials or credits.
• Getting around credit charges, limits, safety filters or refusals.
• Sharing, reselling or renting access to your account.
• Scraping, automated or bulk access, or reverse engineering the Service.
• Trying to extract the Service’s internal instructions, prompts or other users’ data.
• Uploading malware or attempting to break into, overload or disrupt our systems.
• Using the Service to send spam or to build a competing product.

Our AI providers’ rules

Generation is performed by third-party AI providers, and their usage policies also apply. A provider may refuse a request it considers unsafe, for example one naming a real person or describing a minor. A refused request costs you nothing.

Enforcement

If we believe content or activity breaks this policy, we may refuse the request, remove the content, limit features, or suspend or close the account, with or without notice depending on how serious it is. Where the law requires it, or to protect people from harm, we may report activity to the authorities. Credits are not refunded for requests refused or accounts closed under this policy.
